Profound Research is looking for a Senior Director, Patient Recruitment to lead our strategic efforts to accelerate and optimize patient enrollment for clinical trials across the United States. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies that meet the complex demands of modern clinical research.
What You'll Do
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive patient recruitment and retention strategies for clinical trials.
- Build and manage a data-driven approach to optimize recruitment campaigns, leveraging analytics and performance metrics.
- Oversee the selection and relationship management with patient recruitment vendors and digital marketing partners.
- Design and implement patient outreach programs across multiple channels to meet aggressive enrollment targets.
- Collaborate closely with clinical operations, study teams, and external partners to align recruitment plans with study protocols.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of progressive experience in patient recruitment, enrollment, or retention within the clinical research or pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of developing and leading successful, large-scale patient recruitment strategies for multi-site clinical trials.
- Expert knowledge of patient outreach channels, digital recruitment tools, and regulatory considerations in clinical trial enrollment.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to forecast, track, and optimize recruitment performance.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional and external teams.
