THE ROLE We are searching for a strategic and hands-on digital experience architect who will shape our online shopping journey. This position demands a leader who can masterfully balance creative exploration with rigorous optimization across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will drive feature strategy, conversion enhancement, and engagement across our website and mobile application, establishing Grove as a trusted destination for conscious consumers. WHAT YOU'LL OWN • Develop and lead a high-performing team of product management, UX design, site merchandising, and conversion optimization professionals, cultivating a culture of experimentation and collaborative innovation • Direct the comprehensive ecommerce product roadmap, defining core digital journeys including homepage, navigation, search/browse experiences, product details, cart, and checkout functionality • Accelerate retention program adoption by developing features, increasing program visibility, and driving subscription and loyalty membership engagement • Craft a compelling mobile application strategy in collaboration with engineering, merchandising, and marketing teams ABOUT YOU • 10-12 years of direct-to-consumer ecommerce leadership, with proven experience managing digital product functions • Demonstrated expertise scaling Shopify-based digital commerce platforms • Profound understanding of conversion optimization, onsite merchandising, and digital content strategies • Exceptional leadership capabilities with a track record of driving meaningful revenue growth • Analytical, resourceful decision-maker who transforms insights into actionable strategies • Cross-functional collaboration expert skilled at aligning diverse teams • Passionate about sustainability, human health, and conscious commerce COMPENSATION Salary range: $215,000-$275,000, determined by market-specific cost of living data.
