Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Senior Director of Enablement to lead the strategy and execution of all go-to-market enablement initiatives. This role drives productivity, skill development, and alignment across customer-facing teams, combining strategic leadership with hands-on operational execution.
What You'll Do
- Set the strategy and oversee execution for GTM enablement programs across all customer-facing roles and leadership levels.
- Lead onboarding initiatives, including virtual and in-person bootcamps, learning modules, and ramp measurement.
- Develop and deliver ongoing enablement content on sales process, messaging, product, competitive landscape, and technical topics.
- Plan and execute internal enablement events, including weekly GTM calls, Sales Kickoffs (SKO), quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and online learning programs.
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Product Marketing to co-design sales processes, tactics, and messaging.
- Leverage data to measure effectiveness, inform program improvements, and communicate impact to leadership.
- Drive team performance through coaching, development, and cross-functional collaboration.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years in enablement roles at B2B tech companies.
- 2+ years in early-stage SaaS or small GTM teams.
- 2+ years in people leadership within an enablement organization.
- 3+ years managing GTM onboarding programs or playing an active role in onboarding design and execution.
- 2+ years in customer-facing roles to bring practical sales experience into enablement programs.
- Strong experience with enablement tools (LMS, CMS) and data-driven program measurement.
- Expertise in designing and delivering scalable enablement programs across sales and customer success teams.
- Exceptional communication skills across multiple mediums—oral, written, and visual presentations.
- Comfortable managing ambiguity, prioritizing strategically, and driving cross-functional initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to learn complex technical products quickly and translate knowledge into actionable enablement.
