About the Role
The Senior Director, Growth Marketing will develop and execute strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. This role will oversee a team of marketing professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities

- Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in growth marketing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize marketing performance.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective marketing solutions.
- Develop and implement customer segmentation strategies to target high-value audiences.
- Create and execute referral and loyalty programs to drive customer retention and advocacy.
- Develop and implement content marketing strategies to attract and engage target audiences.
- Oversee the development and execution of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies.
- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to engage with customers and drive brand awareness.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the market.
- Develop and implement event marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and brand awareness.
- Oversee the development and execution of public relations and media outreach strategies.
- Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies to reach new audiences.
- Conduct customer surveys and focus groups to gather insights and feedback.
- Develop and implement customer journey mapping to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Oversee the development and execution of video marketing strategies to engage with customers.
- Develop and implement mobile marketing strategies to reach customers on their mobile devices.
