- Recruit, onboard, and manage a portfolio of channel partners
- Set performance targets and monitor partner sales outcomes
- Collaborate with marketing to create co-branded campaigns for partners
- Develop training programs to enable partner sales and technical teams
- Analyze market trends to identify new partnership opportunities
- Drive revenue growth through indirect sales channels
- Coordinate with internal sales teams to ensure alignment
- Manage partner incentive and compensation structures
- Oversee contract negotiations and partner agreements
- Track and report on key performance metrics for channel operations
- Serve as primary liaison between partners and internal leadership
- Support partner-led customer engagements and deal registrations
- Ensure compliance with program terms and service level expectations
- Lead quarterly business reviews with top partners
- Expand partner ecosystems in key vertical markets
- Identify and resolve operational barriers impacting partner success
- Advocate for partner needs within product and support teams
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitive landscape
- Represent the organization at industry events and partner conferences
- Scale channel operations in line with company growth
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across partner networks
