Jobgether is seeking a Senior Director, Digital Technology to define and lead our digital technology strategy. You will ensure technical initiatives align with business objectives to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient solutions, while overseeing our technology organization and driving innovation.
What You'll Do
- Define and execute the digital technology roadmap aligned with organizational objectives.
- Lead enterprise architecture, overseeing system design, data platforms, cloud infrastructure, and software development to ensure scalability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver market-aligned digital initiatives and products.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage.
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and vendor partnerships to ensure cost-effective delivery.
- Foster a high-performing, collaborative, and innovation-focused engineering culture.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience leading global IT and digital technology teams.
- Strong understanding of IT architecture, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and third-party risk management.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate at all levels, including executive leadership.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills, data-driven decision-making, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adept at solving complex problems.
