Nacar is looking for a Senior Digital Product Designer to join its team of over 90 creative professionals. In this role, you will collaborate on strategic digital projects with international impact, defining and designing product experiences that solve real-world problems.

What You'll Do

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including strategists, developers, and other designers, to create innovative digital solutions.
Define and design digital product experiences that solve real-world problems and meet user needs.
Lead design sprints and workshops to explore product opportunities and define design strategies.
Develop detailed wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that communicate product vision and functionality.
Ensure that design solutions are user-centered, scalable, and technically feasible.
Continuously improve and iterate on product designs based on feedback and user testing.
Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems that support consistency and scalability across digital products.
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital product design.

What We're Looking For

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in digital product design.
Proven experience designing user-centered digital products from concept to execution.
Strong skills in prototyping, wireframing, and high-fidelity design (Figma knowledge is a must).
Experience working with Design Systems is essential.
Familiarity with UX principles and the ability to collaborate closely with UX designers.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to balance user needs with business goals.
Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
A self-driven, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a team-based, collaborative environment.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of HTML/CSS and development processes is a plus.
