You will develop tailored digital marketing strategies across all relevant channels, manage operational campaigns, and provide AI-driven performance consulting to achieve sustainable growth.

What You'll Do

Develop and steer tailored digital marketing strategies across all relevant channels with a clear focus on individual client goals.
Lead complex digital projects and be responsible for operational campaign management in Paid Search, SEO, Social Media, and Display Advertising.
Strategically advise clients on digital transformation, identify optimization potential, and support them in achieving sustainable growth goals with an 'AI-First' mindset.
Develop creative, effective solutions and implement them collaboratively with international expert teams.
Analyze campaign results in-depth, derive data-based learnings, and drive the continuous development of marketing measures and client satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

Several years of practical experience in Paid Search, SEO, Paid Social, and Display Advertising.
Experience successfully steering projects, with strategic thinking, organizational strength, and communication skills to convince as a lead.
Proactive, pragmatic hands-on mentality, supported by a pronounced understanding of AI-supported tools and automated marketing solutions.
Team-oriented personality who communicates clearly, motivates others, and feels comfortable in an international, diverse team environment.
Knowledge of relevant tools for analysis, automation, and optimization of campaigns.
AI as part of your DNA: think marketing technology-driven from the start, identify automation potential, and use AI tools specifically to increase efficiency and unleash creativity.
Analyze campaigns structured, derive concrete recommendations for action, and actively contribute to the development of measures and the generation of sustainable growth.
