Role Overview
As a Senior Digital Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping e-commerce strategy through data analysis and performance monitoring. Your work will center on identifying trends, uncovering anomalies, and ensuring data accuracy across digital platforms. You'll translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage interactive dashboards in Tableau to track core e-commerce metrics including conversion rates, revenue per visit, average order value, and customer journey drop-off points.
- Deliver weekly summaries highlighting performance trends, notable shifts, and potential risks to the VP of Digital Product and other stakeholders.
- Set up and maintain alert systems to detect unexpected changes in traffic, conversions, or revenue based on defined thresholds.
- Develop and refine a structured playbook to determine the root causes of data anomalies—whether due to tracking errors, user behavior, marketing efforts, inventory changes, or pricing shifts.
- Conduct audits of Google Analytics 4 configurations, focusing on event structures and conversion tracking accuracy.
- Produce detailed, technical documentation to guide developers in resolving data collection or implementation issues.
- Enable stakeholder independence by building intuitive Tableau reports that support self-service analysis.
- Perform on-demand data investigations using SQL to validate findings and enhance reporting depth, without reliance on data engineering pipelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of experience in digital analytics, web analytics, or marketing analytics.
- Proficiency with Tableau, SQL, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager.
- Completed college education with TOR (Certificate of Registration).
- Must be a Filipino citizen residing in the Philippines.
Work Environment
This is a fully remote position based in the Philippines. The role operates on a night shift schedule with fixed weekends off, supporting global collaboration while maintaining work-life balance.
