Divio is seeking a Senior DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer to take ownership of the reliability, performance, security, and cost-effectiveness of our Divio Cloud PaaS and Enterprise AWS Platform. You will have significant autonomy and influence in a small, focused company, balancing immediate operational needs with deep, meaningful infrastructure work.
What You'll Do
- Keep the lights on through patching, tuning, incident response, and maintaining a healthy stack.
- Push long-term improvements such as migrations, internal tooling, security hardening, and monitoring revamps.
- Shape our infrastructure, evolving the setup to stay modern, secure, and developer-friendly.
- Help our internal support team with technical questions and assist external developers with their day-to-day challenges.

- Solid experience in infrastructure and software development.
- Experience with Python and Typescript as our main programming tools.

Team & Environment
We are a company of 18 people with no heavy hierarchy, where everyone brings ideas and we build together. The team rotates support and on-call duties weekly.
Work Mode
This is a remote-first position open to candidates in Europe. We value curiosity, ownership, and clarity, aiming to provide a balance of quick fixes and deep refactors so there's always meaningful work.
