Truelogic Software is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team supporting a leading U.S. mortgage client. In this key role, you will design, automate, and optimize cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines to build scalable, secure, and resilient systems. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader passionate about automation, operational excellence, and cloud-native architectures.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement scalable and secure AWS-based cloud infrastructure.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Ensure system reliability, high availability, and performance across environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and application issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enforce deployment, monitoring, and security best practices.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to the continuous improvement of DevOps practices and tooling.
- Support compliance efforts and security requirements in cloud-based systems.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, automation, and deployment pipelines.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS.
- Expertise in infrastructure automation and configuration management (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools and release automation (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CodePipeline).
- Experience designing and operating secure and highly available systems in cloud environments.
- Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Datadog, Prometheus).
- Knowledge of security and compliance practices in the cloud.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex distributed systems.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
