As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will take ownership of designing and operating resilient, large-scale IT platforms that power international services. You'll implement modern DevOps practices to automate infrastructure, streamline deployments, and enhance system reliability across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment and integration of DevOps solutions across private and public cloud infrastructures
- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI to enable fast, repeatable delivery
- Operate and optimize Kubernetes clusters for performance, scalability, and uptime
- Apply Infrastructure as Code principles using Terraform and Ansible for consistent provisioning
- Develop and maintain observability systems with Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and OpenTelemetry
- Diagnose and resolve issues spanning applications, networks, and infrastructure layers
- Implement GitOps workflows using ArgoCD or Flux to ensure version-controlled operations
- Enforce security standards through Vault, RBAC, and network policies
- Support API-driven architectures and hybrid cloud connectivity
- Collaborate with distributed teams to align on best practices and operational needs
What You Bring
- Minimum of five years in DevOps or systems engineering with cloud automation
- Proven experience with AWS and Azure services, including networking and security
- Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Terraform, and Ansible
- Experience with microservices, API gateways, and container orchestration
- Proficiency in scripting with Python, Bash, Go, or Ruby
- Familiarity with CI/CD and GitOps tools such as GitLab CI, ArgoCD, or FluxCD
- Solid understanding of Linux, DNS, reverse proxies, and network troubleshooting
- Background in observability metrics (SLOs, SLIs), monitoring, and on-call support
- Commitment to DevSecOps, automation-first approaches, and operational excellence
Nice to Have
- Experience with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB, or Redshift
- Knowledge of service mesh technologies and API security (Istio, Kong, mTLS)
- Exposure to serverless platforms including AWS Lambda and Azure Functions
- Familiarity with Monitoring as Code and automated alerting pipelines
- Relevant certifications such as AWS DevOps Engineer, CKA, or Terraform Associate
- Hands-on work with identity management tools like Keycloak, OpenBao, or Vault
