In this role, you'll focus on automation, building tailored technical solutions for clients, and supporting development teams across multi-cloud environments.
What You'll Do
- Automate DevOps-related tasks and processes.
- Educate and upskill other team members.
- Understand client challenges across development and operations.
- Build solutions that meet client technical and business requirements.
- Respond to the operational needs of development teams.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Manage support tasks within ServiceDesk DevOps.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of DevOps experience.
- Advanced command of written and spoken English (C1 level).
- Solid experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Solid experience with Kubernetes (cloud-managed or self-hosted).
- Solid practice managing and automating CI pipelines (CircleCI, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Gitlab CI, Github Actions) and GitOps tools like ArgoCD or FluxCD.
- Solid experience in Linux administration and Docker.
- Experience with high-availability, high-scalability environments.
- Hands-on experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Azure Bicep, CloudFormation, Pulumi, CDK).
- Experience with scripting/programming languages (Bash, Python, Go).
- Ability to identify problems and propose credible solutions.
- Practice with monitoring tools (AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Prometheus/Loki, DataDog, Graylog, ELK stack, Zabbix).
- Lab-level experience with other orchestration tools (AWS ECS, Azure App Service/Container Apps, Rancher, Nomad, k3s, minikube).
- Implementation of solutions according to Well-Architected Framework standards.
- A proactive, security-first approach.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, Puppet.
- Experience with Software Engineering.
- Courage in making technical decisions.
- Experience with virtualization hypervisors like vmware, Proxmox.
- Network knowledge on L2 and L3.
- Relevant certifications: Microsoft DevOps Engineer/Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect/DevOps Engineer, CKA/CKAD.

- Egypt: $2,463 - $4,134 gross monthly (Contract of Employment)
- Poland (Contract of Employment): PLN 14,000 - 23,500
