Interactivated Solutions is hiring a Senior Developer / Tech Lead to take a hands-on, pivotal role in a large-scale project for a US-based healthcare client. You will leverage your deep full-stack expertise to drive architecture and development, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality, scalable solution.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design and development of scalable, high-quality software for a US healthcare client.
- Architect and implement robust backend systems with Java Spring Boot, focusing on modular monolith and domain-driven design.
- Guide frontend development in Vue to ensure usability and functionality.
- Define and enforce clean, modular architecture across different domains with clear boundaries.
- Mentor and coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA, and PMs to deliver on time.
- Conduct code reviews, drive architectural discussions, and uphold best practices.
- Design data systems, auditing, and change data capture techniques to track data effectively without impacting performance.
- Ensure performance, testability, and extensibility in all solutions.
- Introduce new tools, practices, and processes for continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer.
- 2+ years in a Tech Lead or Architect role.
- Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot for backend development and architecture.
- Proven experience with modular monolith architecture and domain-driven design.
- Knowledge of vertical slice architecture and separation of concerns.
- Solid hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Proficiency with REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, JPA/Hibernate, and Git.
- Experience designing data tracking and auditing systems with change data capture.
- Strong Agile/Scrum leadership experience.
- Ability to deliver clean, testable, and maintainable code.
Nice to Have
- Vue experience.
- Familiarity with modern AI coding tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, Jules, Codex, Copilot, or CodeWhisperer.
