Join Squiz Inc. as a Senior Developer, where you'll advise on front-end architecture and implement the Squiz DXP to create complex, scalable digital experiences for our clients. You'll design user interfaces and integrate with client systems, translating user needs into performant solutions.
What You'll Do
- Design and build complex, scalable, and maintainable user interfaces.
- Own key parts of the solution architecture and influence technical direction.
- Integrate with client systems using DXP features, coding on platforms with Node.js.
- Work closely with clients to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive digital experiences.
- Collaborate with Designers, Product Managers, QA/Testers, and Presales teams.
- Develop reusable components and libraries for multiple products or client solutions.
- Champion best practices in accessibility, performance, responsive design, and testing.
- Mentor developers, share knowledge, guide architecture decisions, and model best practices.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience building production-grade front-end applications.
- Strong knowledge of web fundamentals, HTTP methods, integration patterns, and RESTful APIs.
- Experience building web interfaces according to WCAG accessibility standards.
- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript (preferably vanilla), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Demonstrable experience with SDLC.
- Demonstrated experience building component libraries or design systems.
- Experience working with headless CMS platforms or DXPs.
- Strong grasp of web performance optimization and cross-browser compatibility.
- Comfortable with build tools and bundlers like Webpack and Vite.
Nice to Have
- Experience delivering search implementations, indexing content, and building search interfaces.
- Understanding of information architecture for large content ecosystems.
- Experience integrating front-end interfaces with content workflows and personalization engines.
- Experience working on multi-tenant platforms or enterprise SaaS applications.
- Understanding of micro frontends or component-based architectures.
- Comfortable navigating CI/CD pipelines and version control (e.g., GitHub Actions).
- Experience with automated testing frameworks like Jest, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Experience working in a consulting or digital agency environment building solutions for various clients.

- Compensation: USD $110,000 - $140,000 depending on experience and location.
