About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of user-centered design solutions for digital platforms
- Develop high-fidelity visual concepts and interactive prototypes
- Collaborate with product teams to align design with user needs and business goals
- Define and maintain design system components and guidelines
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Translate complex workflows into intuitive interface designs
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
- Ensure consistency in typography, color, iconography, and layout
- Work closely with engineers to ensure accurate implementation
- Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design practices
- Refine interaction patterns based on user feedback and analytics
- Participate in design critiques to elevate team output
- Document design processes and rationale
- Mentor junior designers in best practices and techniques
- Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies
