What We're Seeking
As a Senior Product Designer within our Core team, you'll spearhead comprehensive design for critical platform features. Your role involves transforming intricate user requirements into seamless experiences by collaborating closely with Product Management, Engineering, Research, and cross-functional teams to drive adoption and engagement.
We're searching for a hands-on professional who can shape design strategy, mentor junior designers, and foster a user-centric organizational culture. Our Product Designers blend deep user empathy with data-driven decision-making, synthesizing user research and analytics to establish design direction.
You'll influence product roadmaps, establish best practices, maintain design system consistency, and craft pixel-perfect prototypes. Reporting to the Senior Design Manager, you'll ensure our platform remains intuitive, powerful, and delightful for millions of global users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full product design lifecycle for major platform features
- Conduct and synthesize qualitative and quantitative user research
- Collaborate with Product Managers on requirements and success metrics
- Partner with Engineering for feasible, precise implementation
- Advocate for UX best practices and inclusive design
- Present design concepts to stakeholders
- Analyze post-launch performance data
- Help shape design processes and documentation
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- 8+ years professional product design experience in SaaS
- Strong user-centered design portfolio
- Expertise in Figma and design tools
- Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research
- Deep understanding of interaction design principles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience mentoring design talent
- Familiarity with accessibility standards
- Strategic yet hands-on approach
- Bachelor's degree in Design or related field
Compensation Range:
Base Pay: $141,100 - $190,900/year
