- Maintain and evolve design systems and component libraries
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders
- Ensure consistency across platforms and touchpoints
- Integrate accessibility standards into design workflows
- Support the creation of design documentation and specifications
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and industry best practices
- Contribute to design planning and roadmap discussions
- Mentor junior team members through feedback and collaboration
