As a Sr. Product Design professional within our Core team, you'll spearhead end-to-end design for pivotal platform features. Your role involves translating complex user requirements into seamless experiences by collaborating closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Research teams. We're seeking a hands-on design expert capable of shaping strategic design direction, mentoring junior designers, and fostering a user-centric organizational culture. Our Product Designers leverage profound user understanding with data-driven methodologies. You'll integrate interaction and visual design expertise with comprehensive user research and analytics to establish design trajectories. Your responsibilities include influencing product roadmaps, establishing best practices, and maintaining design system consistency while personally crafting pixel-perfect prototypes. Reporting to the Senior Design Manager, you'll collaborate across functional teams to ensure our platform remains intuitive, powerful, and delightful for millions of global users. Key Responsibilities: - Lead complete product design lifecycle for major platform features - Conduct and synthesize qualitative and quantitative user research - Collaborate with Product Managers to define requirements and success metrics - Partner with Engineering to validate and implement design solutions - Advocate for UX best practices and inclusive design methodologies - Present design concepts and user flows to stakeholders - Analyze post-launch performance data - Help shape design processes and documentation Desired Qualifications: - 8+ years professional product design experience in SaaS environments - Robust portfolio demonstrating user-centered design processes - Advanced Figma proficiency - Expert-level research and synthesis skills - Deep interaction design and information architecture understanding - Exceptional cross-functional communication abilities - Design mentorship experience - Comprehensive accessibility standards knowledge - Strategic and tactical design execution capabilities - Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field We prioritize in-person collaboration while offering remote work flexibility.
