Tremendous is hiring a Senior Demand Generation Manager, Global Campaigns to lead our expansion efforts. You’ll be responsible for building and running multi-channel, full-funnel demand generation programs, starting with the United Kingdom & Ireland and exploring new strategic markets worldwide.

What You'll Do

Build and activate strategic multi-channel plans tailored to the UK & Ireland that support the buyer’s journey from awareness to consideration to deal open.
Create a land and expand motion to test for market viability in EMEA, APAC & LATAM.
Deploy and manage demand generation campaigns across a couple customer segments.
Drive continuous improvement through testing and performance optimization to achieve click, conversion, deal, and ROAS targets.
Partner cross-functionally with product marketing, content marketing, web, and the demand gen team to develop performant ad creative & landing pages that maximize impact.
Partner directly with SDRs to educate on demand gen campaigns and build a feedback loop that supports deal growth.

What We're Looking For

7+ years running international demand generation campaigns that drive results.
Experience running land and expand campaigns in new markets.
A proactive approach to monitoring performance and adjusting tactics to make campaigns successful.
Agility and speed in testing new channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
Proven success working with cross-functional teams to drive value and results.
An eye for detail and a transparent written and verbal communication style.

Nice to Have

Multilingual is a plus (French, Spanish, German).
