Responsibilities
- Design and execute enterprise-scale Agile frameworks for multi-team delivery initiatives
- Orchestrate program-level rituals such as Scrum of Scrums, PI Planning, and increment reviews
- Lead and enhance Agile execution across multiple parallel sprint teams
- Mentor managers and team leads in advanced Agile facilitation methods
- Evaluate program-wide performance metrics—including velocity, predictability, and flow efficiency—to guide strategic enhancements
- Coordinate dependency resolution and integration planning across delivery streams
- Establish and guide Agile Centers of Excellence, defining best practices for cloud service delivery
- Advance continuous improvement through program retrospectives and process refinement
- Implement Agile governance models and executive reporting structures
- Revive underperforming programs by reengineering Agile practices and team interactions
- Lead and direct large or complex engagements to achieve transformative business results
- Create delivery strategies combining Agile, SAFe, DevOps, and cloud adoption methodologies
- Manage multi-stream projects with cross-regional, matrixed teams
- Amplify team output by significantly boosting performance and delivery capability
- Optimize engagement value by balancing scope and timelines within constraints
- Manage unforeseen issues and ambiguous situations with minimal oversight
- Apply principles of change management and organizational transformation
- Turn around struggling programs to achieve successful results and customer satisfaction
- Communicate clearly with diverse audiences, from technical teams to executive leadership
- Lead strategic alignment discussions between customer executives and senior leadership
- Critically assess complex documentation and strategic plans
- Report program status, risks, and strategic insights to senior stakeholders
- Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of technically complex engagements involving advanced cloud architectures
- Ensure technical solutions align with business goals and project objectives
- Explain AWS framework stages and perspectives; train teams and clients accordingly

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience leading large-scale Agile transformations
- SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification or equivalent
- Strong background in cloud delivery, preferably with AWS
- Experience managing matrixed, geographically distributed teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
- DevOps and CI/CD pipeline experience
- Knowledge of AWS Well-Architected Framework
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci)
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile planning tools
- Background in enterprise IT service delivery
