Jobgether is hiring a Senior Data Scientist to lead the design and development of advanced data models and analytics solutions that drive strategic decision-making and business impact. You will work with large, complex datasets to uncover insights, optimize processes, and support product and growth initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Develop, implement, and maintain machine learning models and statistical analyses to support business and product objectives.
• Analyze large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights and drive decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to understand requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
• Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Mentor junior data scientists and analysts, fostering knowledge sharing and analytical rigor.
• Contribute to data strategy, pipeline design, and model deployment processes.
• Ensure reproducibility, scalability, and robustness of analytical workflows.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional experience in data science, analytics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and relevant data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Hands-on experience with machine learning, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Experience with cloud-based analytics platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern data pipelines.
• Solid understanding of database design, data warehousing, and data engineering principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey complex insights clearly.

Nice to Have

• Experience in media, growth analytics, or audience measurement.
