CI&T is looking for a Mid-Level Analytics Engineer to join our team. You will focus on building robust data solutions using the Databricks platform. This is a remote/home office position based in Brazil.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytics models.
- Develop and optimize data transformation processes within the Databricks environment.
- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.
- Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance across analytics platforms.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an Analytics Engineer, Data Engineer, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing solutions with Databricks.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling for analytics.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative team environment.
