GoodLeap is seeking a Senior Data Scientist for our Consumer Solutions team within the Data & Analytics department. In this role, you will apply your expertise to develop data-driven solutions that directly impact our consumer products and services.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve complex consumer-focused problems.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate data science solutions into consumer-facing applications.
- Lead end-to-end analytics projects, from problem definition and data exploration to model implementation and performance monitoring.
- Translate business objectives into clear, actionable data science initiatives.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, with a focus on consumer products, behavioral analytics, or related fields.
- Proven track record of building, validating, and deploying predictive models and algorithms into production.
- Expert proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation, analysis, and modeling.
- Strong statistical foundation and experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and mentor junior team members.
