About the Role
You will take ownership of machine learning problems from concept through deployment and iteration, ensuring models deliver real-world value while working closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to integrate ML solutions that improve customer outcomes and business performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle development of machine learning systems, from problem definition to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement, with high autonomy and pace.
- Apply rigorous statistical and machine learning principles to select appropriate methods and justify technical decisions based on foundational knowledge.
- Design models and systems with ongoing monitoring and retraining in mind to ensure sustained performance and long-term value delivery in production environments.
- Collaborate directly with engineering, product, and design teams to integrate machine learning capabilities that advance product goals and commercial success.
- Prioritize measurable business outcomes such as improved efficiency, stronger margins, and better decision-making over purely technical metrics.
- Contribute to team growth by sharing insights, providing constructive feedback, and helping shape best practices for machine learning development.
