What You Bring • A Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence. • Proven expertise in generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). • Strong proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks and LLM APIs. • Experience designing and implementing agentic systems, structured testing, and model evaluation methodologies. • A solid background in machine learning, experimentation, and systems design. • Ability to work in a regulated environment, with a focus on compliance, risk management, and documentation. • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative setting.
