Tiger Analytics is hiring a Senior Data Scientist to apply expertise in machine learning and data mining to design and build next-generation advanced analytics engines. You will collaborate with business partners to define problems, develop models, and drive strategic outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with business partners to develop innovative solutions utilizing advanced techniques.
- Develop, test, and deploy data science solutions using Python, SQL, and PySpark on platforms like Databricks.
- Translate models into production-ready code by collaborating with other data scientists.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and manage code using GitHub Enterprise.
- Design and optimize mathematical programming and machine learning models for real-world applications.
- Break down complex problems into actionable development tasks independently.
- Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability in a production environment.
- Contribute to sprint planning, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Collaborate, coach, and learn with a growing team of experienced Data Scientists.
- Stay connected with external sources of ideas through conferences and community engagements.
What We're Looking For
- 5 years of experience working as a Data Scientist.
- Hands-on experience with a focus on unsupervised learning and customer analytics.
- Strong experience with clustering algorithms and dimensionality reduction techniques (e.g., PCA, t-SNE, UMAP).
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Proven ability to build and deploy Streamlit dashboards for model explainability.
