ConnectHum is hiring a Senior Data Scientist to join an international consulting firm at the intersection of data, advanced analytics, and marketing technology. You will partner with large enterprise clients in telecom, media, finance, and retail, delivering end-to-end analytics solutions that turn data into measurable business impact—from foundational data work to deploying LLMs that influence growth and decision-making.
What You'll Do
- Building and deploying predictive models
- Working with large-scale datasets and turning them into actionable insights
- Collaborating closely with data engineering and business teams
- Covering the full analytics cycle: from hypothesis → modeling → deployment
- Exploring modern areas like LLMs and AI-driven analytics
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in Data Science (ML, statistical modeling, analytics)
- Strong Python + SQL skills
- Hands-on experience with cloud or big data tools (Databricks/Azure/AWS)
- Ability to translate data into clear business recommendations
- Fluent English
Nice to Have
- Databricks certifications or relevant certifications in Data Science, Machine Learning, or cloud platforms
- Experience with Data Lakes/Warehouses/Lakehouse
- Exposure to Hadoop/Spark ecosystem
- Experience working with LLMs
