Gypsy Collective is looking for a Senior Data Scientist to focus on seeking patterns, building meaning, and navigating metrics, models, and signals.

What You'll Do

Create and validate hypotheses based on data
Use statistical methods to identify patterns
Build and optimize predictive models, including Machine Learning, regression, and clustering
Analyze changes in key metrics and identify their causes
Develop logic for distinguishing VIP and regular players
Design models for analyzing player activity and player retention
Continuously improve data collection, processing, and analysis workflows
Develop and maintain Python scripts to automate processes
Ensure data quality and troubleshoot processing errors

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience working with large datasets and building complex models
3+ years Python experience with libraries for analysis and modeling: pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, statsmodels
3+ years SQL experience working with relational databases: PostgreSQL, BigQuery
2+ years of Tableau/Superset experience for visualization optimization for large datasets
Confident Git user for code and data version control, conflict resolution, pull requests
Experience in the iGaming environment
