Responsibilities
- Create scalable ETL/ELT systems for ingesting and processing data from databases, APIs, and applications with varying structures
- Enable real-time data movement and event-based triggers to support autonomous AI decision-making
- Enforce data security, privacy compliance, and bias controls across integration workflows
- Implement monitoring and logging systems to ensure traceability and accountability in AI-powered data pipelines
- Enhance datasets with metadata and semantic context to support large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, and multi-agent systems
- Develop APIs and connectors that allow AI agents to access, query, and act on enterprise data dynamically
- Orchestrate workflows between AI agents and core business systems for seamless operations
- Build feedback mechanisms and monitoring tools to detect anomalies, model drift, or incorrect outputs in autonomous AI behavior
- Integrate policy enforcement, escalation protocols, and human oversight into automated data workflows
- Document integration methods, orchestration designs, and governance policies to promote reuse and team collaboration
- Produce architectural guidelines for how AI agents interact with structured enterprise data sources
- Work closely with AI engineering, governance, and business teams to align data integration with AI initiatives
- Ensure technical data systems support measurable business outcomes from autonomous AI applications
Compensation
The base salary range is $140,000 - $160,000, with an additional annual performance bonus included in total compensation.
