Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a scalable cloud data platform using modern data technologies to support a data-driven organization
- Design and implement data ingestion workflows on AWS, sourcing data from internal backend systems and external providers
- Enhance a lakehouse architecture to support regulatory reporting and enable cross-functional teams with data for strategic decisions
- Process and transform both structured and unstructured data, creating robust data models for analytics, reporting, and AI applications
- Develop testing frameworks and monitoring systems to ensure data pipeline accuracy, reliability, and efficiency
- Work collaboratively with data, product, and engineering teams to deliver intelligent product features
- Keep current with advancements in data engineering and cloud infrastructure, and promote best practices across the organization
