Responsibilities
- Engage in every phase of the software development lifecycle, from initial design through deployment and ongoing maintenance.
- Shape product and technical strategy by delivering data-backed recommendations and evaluating technical choices against business objectives.
- Guide less experienced team members via code reviews, collaborative coding sessions, and technical mentorship.
- Adhere to clean coding standards, ensuring software is secure, thoroughly tested, and well documented.
- Collaborate with a distributed team of engineers and product managers to develop a reliable, high-performance platform.
- Conduct thorough testing and performance optimization to maintain system reliability and availability.
- Interpret project requirements, assess effort, and proactively manage or escalate obstacles.
- Develop clear, sustainable code that follows best practices for readability, design patterns, reusability, and test coverage.
- Lead full lifecycle ownership of projects, contributing across infrastructure, application layers, and data systems.
- Monitor key performance indicators and propose optimizations or architectural improvements.
