As a Senior Data Architect, you will play a central role in shaping the technical direction of large-scale data initiatives. Your work will focus on designing robust, future-ready data environments that align with long-term business objectives and evolving technological demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end definition of data architectures, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business outcomes.
- Collaborate with executives and stakeholders to translate strategic goals into actionable technical roadmaps and system designs.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor on high-impact client engagements, guiding architecture decisions and innovation efforts.
- Direct proof-of-concept initiatives, technology evaluations, and platform selections for critical data programs.
- Ensure delivery teams meet rigorous standards in performance, security, scalability, and data governance.
- Contribute to pre-sales activities, including proposals, RFP responses, and technical strategy sessions.
- Support the growth of technical talent by coaching architects and shaping career development frameworks.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in data architecture, system design, and technical consulting at an enterprise level.
- Deep expertise with Databricks and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong grasp of non-functional requirements including resilience, privacy, and system performance.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and business audiences.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
Preferred Background
- Experience in consulting environments or client-facing technical roles.
- Familiarity with architectural frameworks like Clean Architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), TOGAF, or SAFe.
- Track record in building and mentoring senior technical teams.
- Public engagement in engineering or architecture communities is a plus.
