Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced quantitative and qualitative assessments of investment, market, and peer data to inform strategic planning and client interactions
  • Use AI-powered analytics tools to speed up data exploration, trend detection, and benchmarking while applying expert validation to results
  • Design and carry out research initiatives grounded in data to support executive insights, thought leadership, and client outputs
  • Transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that highlight risks, opportunities, and strategic implications
  • Produce regular and on-demand reports with standardized formats to ensure consistency and ease of use across departments
  • Investigate emerging trends in Generative AI, digital health platforms, and healthcare communication technologies
  • Summarize research outcomes and prepare concise reports to inform strategic planning and leadership discussions
  • Track competitor actions, new technologies, and industry shifts related to medical education and health tech
  • Maintain and oversee internal databases, data subscriptions, and resources to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and proper access controls
  • Create scalable and repeatable processes for data management and entry that can be uniformly adopted across teams
  • Clean, verify, and standardize incoming investment data from diverse sources using both conventional and AI-enhanced methods
  • Manage data vendor relationships, database licenses, and coordination with analytics partners to ensure optimal setup and compliance
  • Audit CRM systems to detect and correct duplicate, missing, or inconsistent records
  • Assess new data platforms, tools, and datasets for usability, value, security, and alignment with business and regulatory requirements
  • Integrate artificial intelligence into data workflows, research, and reporting in a responsible manner—enhancing efficiency while maintaining human oversight
  • Act as the internal expert on AI governance, data privacy rules, acceptable use policies, and compliance standards
  • Develop and document AI-assisted workflows, including prompt templates, frameworks, and quality assurance steps for team use
  • Deliver training on databases and analytics tools to improve accessibility and adoption, while monitoring usage to guide improvements
  • Work with investor relations and client teams to identify impactful applications of AI such as data normalization across sources
  • Collaborate with investor relations and account teams to apply AI for fast synthesis of market and investment trends
  • Partner with teams to use AI for drafting research summaries or analytical outlines intended for human refinement
  • Establish review protocols requiring human oversight to ensure accuracy, compliance, and appropriateness of AI-generated content
  • Engage with innovation and enterprise teams to test new AI features, share findings, and align practices with company-wide initiatives
  • Monitor the adoption, usage, and performance of AI tools, refining processes based on feedback and evolving guidelines

Team

Collaborates with internal teams, external vendors, enterprise partners, and serves as a shared resource to client teams.
