At Workana, we are looking for a Senior Data Analytics Engineer with strong experience in Data Engineering, focused on AWS and Snowflake. This role combines hands-on technical execution with direct client interaction to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-quality data solutions using modern data platforms.
What You'll Do
- Design and develop high-quality data and analytics solutions using modern data platforms.
- Contribute to architecture and technical design decisions, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
- Work directly with clients to gather requirements and provide technical guidance and best practices.
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, troubleshooting, and technical support.
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and engineers to meet delivery milestones.
- Ensure solution quality through testing, optimization, and proactive issue identification.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in data engineering and analytics.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in a relevant data engineering role.
