We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join Xsolla’s Advertising & Rewards division. In this role, you will use data-driven insights to inform the design and optimization of Xsolla’s B2C apps and websites, support product strategy, and enhance how we reward and engage players at scale.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Business Stakeholders
- Use data-driven insights to inform the design and optimization of Xsolla’s B2C apps/websites
- Lead the design and execution of multivariate AB tests
- Design and implement analytics schema
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports
- Generate recommendations that influence product roadmap
- Drive product and business performance through data analysis
- Shape how Xsolla rewards and engages players at scale
What We're Looking For
- Strong analytical and statistical skills
- Experience in quantitative analysis within games or other consumer-facing apps
- Ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders
