Trustonic is hiring a Senior Data Analyst to focus on real-time analytics, AI-driven insights, and data-powered product innovation. You will transform complex business questions into actionable insight, build low-latency data pipelines, and enable AI/ML initiatives across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Translate complex business problems into structured analysis and present findings to stakeholders.
- Build low-latency data pipelines and streaming analytics solutions.
- Develop automated queries, dashboards, and SaaS-embedded analytics.
- Prepare curated, high-quality datasets for ML training and inference.
- Support feature stores, model outputs, and data versioning.
- Integrate with ML platforms and apply MLOps best practices.
- Create interactive live dashboards using leading BI platforms.
- Empower self-serve analytics across teams through intuitive reporting tools.
- Implement robust governance frameworks covering naming standards, lineage, classification, and retention.
- Ensure compliance with global regulations and enterprise-grade security practices.
- Design automated validation, anomaly detection, and monitoring systems.
- Establish trusted single sources of truth for critical business metrics.
- Maintain comprehensive data dictionaries, catalogues, and metadata repositories.
- Continuously evaluate emerging data patterns and architectural approaches.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, DevOps, and Data teams.
- Design scalable analytics solutions addressing global performance, latency, isolation, and availability needs.
What We're Looking For
- Substantial years in technology roles, with 5+ years in data analytics or platform analytics.
- Proven experience in SaaS or product-centric organisations.
- Background working with large-scale datasets such as telecom, IoT, telemetry, or digital platforms.
- Hands-on experience designing scalable, cloud-based data environments (AWS preferred).
- SQL and Python expertise.
- Strong experience with dimensional modelling, star schemas, and data marts.
- Strong experience with relational and NoSQL database systems.
- Experience with Tableau or equivalent BI platforms.
- Familiarity with modern data ingestion and orchestration tools.
- Understanding of ML pipelines, feature stores, and AI/LLM-based analytics.
- Experience applying DevOps practices to data pipelines.
- Knowledge of GDPR, SOC2, ISO frameworks, and data protection practices.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
- Adaptable and committed to continuous learning.
- Highly organised and capable of managing multiple initiatives.
- Innovative thinker with a forward-looking approach to data architecture.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for documentation and standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Fluent in English.

- Master’s degree.
- Relevant certifications in BI tools, data platforms, or analytics.
