Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product, marketing, operations, and engineering departments to study user and business metrics, providing insights that guide strategy and planning
- Work alongside product teams to plan, run, and assess A/B tests to enhance product development and long-term strategy
- Improve statistical testing frameworks and experimentation standards across the organization
- Build and optimize data models using dbt while incorporating new data sources into existing pipelines
- Ensure data architecture meets analytical requirements and stakeholder expectations
- Analyze event data collected via Snowplow, aligning insights with privacy-first principles
- Write efficient SQL queries to support reporting, automation, testing, and performance monitoring
- Create, update, and manage dashboards and reports in Looker and Metabase to promote independent data access
- Guarantee data accuracy and consistency through strong governance, validation, and quality checks
- Communicate findings clearly to cross-functional partners and foster a culture centered on data use
- Leverage data to drive user value, business growth, and environmental mission goals
