Comun is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our team in Mexico City. You will transform complex data into actionable insights that drive smarter decisions across the company. You’ll work closely with Product, Growth, and Operations to help us understand our customers and scale efficiently, with direct impact on product strategy and business performance.
What You'll Do
- Analyze product, marketing, and financial data to identify patterns and actionable insights.
- Build dashboards and automated reports in tools like Looker, Metabase, or Tableau.
- Partner with Product and Growth teams to design experiments and evaluate outcomes.
- Define and track key metrics across funnels, cohorts, and customer segments.
- Collaborate with Engineering to ensure reliable data infrastructure and clean pipelines.
- Translate insights into clear recommendations for leadership and stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in Data Analytics.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Experience with BI and data visualization tools.
- Strong business intuition and the ability to connect data findings to real product and growth outcomes.
- Curiosity, humility, and a builder mindset, thriving in fast-paced, startup environments.
Nice to Have
- Preferably in fintech or consumer tech.
- Proficiency in Python, R, or similar for data manipulation.
