Unit8 SA is hiring a Senior Data & AI Consultant to join our growing consulting practice in Switzerland. Your mission is to drive the adoption of AI and Data Science within traditional industries, helping clients accelerate their digital transformation. You will be instrumental in scaling our Data & AI Consulting Practice, taking ownership from initial client engagement through to the delivery of impactful solutions.
What You'll Do
- Consult clients on their journey to become data-driven, assessing maturity and defining implementation roadmaps.
- Interact directly with client stakeholders to understand their core data, technology, and business challenges.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and architects to implement high-impact data solutions and machine learning use cases.
- Advise on critical enablers such as data governance, model governance, MLOps, and analytics centers of excellence.
- Partner with the Head of Data & AI Consulting to develop growth strategy and new consulting offerings.
- Contribute to business development by participating in conferences, workshops, and sales meetings.
- Support the creation of white papers and thought leadership content on data science and AI topics.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a client-facing consulting role focused on data, analytics, or AI.
- Deep understanding of the business and technical aspects of data-driven transformation.
- Strong ability to translate business problems into technical solutions and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with the end-to-end lifecycle of data and AI projects, from ideation to implementation.
- Initiative and leadership skills to drive projects and contribute to practice growth.
Team & Environment
You will join a small, high-performing team within the Data & AI Consulting Practice, reporting directly to the Head of the practice. Our company culture is mission-driven, focusing on applying AI and Data Science in non-digital industries and dedicating resources to pro-bono and 'engineering for good' initiatives.
Work Mode
This position is based in Lausanne or Zurich, Switzerland and follows a local-city work mode.
