TechBiz Global is looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Instructor to design, deliver, and update advanced cybersecurity training programs for a global audience. You will strengthen the digital resilience of organizations and contribute to securing critical infrastructure worldwide.
What You'll Do
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs in Network Security, System Security (Windows/Linux), Ethical Hacking & Penetration Testing, Cloud Security, and Risk Management & Compliance (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
- Lead practical workshops and attack simulations in lab environments.
- Adapt training content to new threats and technological developments.
- Contribute to the creation of interactive e-learning modules for international distribution.
- Evaluate learner progress and ensure a high level of academic rigor.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in operational or strategic cybersecurity.
- Proficiency in network and system environments.
- In-depth knowledge of security tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS, vulnerability scanners).
- Experience in security audits or penetration testing.
- Good understanding of international standards and regulatory frameworks.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Bilingual in French and English with the ability to teach in both languages.
- Excellent teaching skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Academic leadership.
Nice to Have
- Highly valued certifications such as CEH, CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer.
