Orum is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to own the success and expansion of our most strategic customer relationships. In this role, you will be the primary advisor and advocate for your portfolio, ensuring clients achieve their business objectives.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive success plans that drive product adoption and value realization.
- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, building strong, trusted relationships.
- Proactively identify risks, manage escalations, and work cross-functionally to ensure client satisfaction.
- Analyze usage data and client feedback to uncover opportunities for expansion and growth.
- Advocate for customer needs internally, influencing product roadmap and process improvements.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in a customer success or account management role within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of managing a portfolio of enterprise or strategic accounts.
- Experience developing and implementing customer success methodologies, including QBRs and health scoring.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with executive stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
