Responsibilities
- Support fellow engineers in diagnosing complex issues and implement minor code corrections to maintain customer satisfaction
- Lead onboarding of new clients and integration of devices using both established procedures and adaptive problem-solving methods
- Respond promptly to urgent messages from healthcare providers, offering timely and empathetic updates during technical incidents
- Analyze system problems to determine underlying causes, document findings, and drive resolution by coordinating with developers to deploy fixes
- Engage directly with medical professionals using the platform to gather input and adjust software settings to match their workflow preferences
- Collaborate with development teams to sustain system reliability, targeting over 99% accuracy in processing diagnostic studies through improved monitoring and testing
Compensation
$95,000-$100,000. Equity: Stock options
