Driva is looking for a Senior CRM & Lifecycle Specialist to join our Growth team. This is a strategic yet hands-on role where you'll play a pivotal part in building and optimizing customer lifecycle programs that drive engagement, conversion, and retention. You'll be at the intersection of data, automation, design, and storytelling.
What You'll Do
- Design and build automated lifecycle campaigns across email and SMS to drive measurable business outcomes.
- Use behavioural and transactional data to segment users, personalise messaging, and optimise funnel performance.
- Run A/B tests to continuously improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Develop reporting frameworks to track performance, analyse test results, and create actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, data, product) to ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals and brand voice.
- Stay current with CRM best practices, deliverability standards, and compliance requirements.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years experience in lifecycle marketing and customer engagement, with a focus on email and SMS.
- Hands-on experience with CRM marketing automation platforms (e.g., Customer.io, Braze, or a similar ESP).
- Proven track record of building and scaling lifecycle programs that drive measurable growth and retention.
- Comfortable working with design and content, from writing copy to inputting assets into CRM templates.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable campaign improvements.
- Experience with HTML and responsive email design.
- Collaborative and proactive, with a proven ability to work effectively across teams in fast-paced settings.
- Customer-obsessed, with a passion for experimentation, personalisation, and creating meaningful user experiences.

- Figma experience is a bonus.
