Shape creative strategy at the system level for a rapidly scaling brand. As Senior Creative Strategist, you’ll design and refine the frameworks that drive high-performing ad campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other paid channels. Your work will directly influence how audiences discover and connect with the product, using proven models to turn performance data into strategic evolution.
What You’ll Do
- Develop creative concepts grounded in awareness levels, belief states, and behavioral shifts—before any production begins
- Build layered concept-to-angle hierarchies that generate unique signals for Meta’s Andromeda system
- Write authentic, conversion-focused copy for ads, UGC scripts, VSLs, email flows, and landing pages—using the voice of the customer, not AI
- Produce production-ready creative assets, from hook variants to full scene-by-scene scripts
- Analyze key metrics like Thumbstop, Hold Rate, CTR, CPA, and ROAS to extract actionable insights
- Identify which audience segments respond, what emotional triggers work, and how attention flows through content
- Turn data into strategy by feeding weekly learnings back into the next creative cycle
- Brief designers, editors, and creators with clear, no-interpretation-needed documentation
- Enforce creative quality control and maintain pipeline integrity across Asana and Google Drive
- Operate confidently within compliance guidelines for regulated health products
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years in a dedicated Creative Strategist role—ideally in-house at a DTC or e-commerce brand
- Proven success in paid social creative strategy, especially on Meta
- Strong direct response writing skills across multiple formats and platforms
- Deep comfort with analytics dashboards and distinguishing real signals from noise
- Experience working within structured workflows and creative frameworks
- Ability to move quickly through creative sprints without sacrificing strategic rigor
- Mindset of full ownership—you anticipate next steps and drive outcomes
- Curiosity about consumer psychology and a drive to improve systems over time
Preferred Background
- Experience in health, wellness, or maternal/postpartum categories
- Exposure to creative testing frameworks or signal architecture
- Familiarity with Meta Andromeda and multi-market creative (AU/UK/US)
