Proof is hiring a Senior Counsel to provide expert legal guidance on commercial contracts and transactions. You will be a key contributor, managing a wide range of agreements critical to our business operations.
What You'll Do
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of complex commercial agreements
- Provide strategic and practical legal advice on transactional matters
- Manage the contract lifecycle from initiation through execution and renewal
- Collaborate with internal teams to align agreements with business objectives
- Identify and mitigate legal and commercial risks in contracts
What We're Looking For
- JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership
- Significant experience as a practicing attorney focused on commercial contracts
- Proven track record of independently managing complex negotiations
- Strong business acumen and ability to provide clear, actionable legal advice
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
