Vanta is hiring a Senior Corporate Development Manager to help shape our long-term growth strategy through strategic partnerships and acquisitions. You will own critical deal workstreams end-to-end and operate as a thought partner to Vanta’s executive team on build, buy, and partner decisions.
What You'll Do
- Partner closely with Vanta leaders to define strategy, assess growth opportunities, and build alignment on key priorities.
- Develop and present business case memos, financial analysis, and executive presentations.
- Drive corporate development processes end-to-end including due diligence, strategic thesis development, execution, and post-deal integration.
- Own key financial analysis required to support decision making and negotiations.
- Build perspectives on key strategic trends, notable VC and M&A activity, and gather competitive intelligence.
- Work cross-functionally across Vanta, including Engineering/Product/Design, Operations, GTM, Legal, Finance, and People teams.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience in Corporate Development, Venture Capital, Private Equity, Investment Banking, or similar.
- Ability to quickly distill information, identify key challenges, and design creative solutions.
- Self-driven, ownership mentality required to be successful at a high-growth technology business.
- Demonstrable ability to manage M&A and strategic partnership opportunities end to end.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with senior product, engineering, and GTM leaders.
- Top-notch financial modeling and analytical skills.
Nice to Have
- Direct experience in corporate development at a high-growth tech or SaaS business.
- Domain knowledge of GRC and Security end markets.

You will join a small but impactful team within Vanta’s Corporate Development organization, operating cross-functionally to drive alignment across Engineering/Product/Design, GTM, and Operational teams.

Work Mode
This is a remote position open to candidates in San Francisco, New York City, London, Dublin, and Sydney.
