Impact Clients is hiring a Senior Copywriter / Ad Creative Strategist to become the chief creative engine behind our growth. You'll invent winning, faceless low-ticket offers and write the copy to scale them to $1M/month in ad spend on cold Meta traffic.
What You'll Do
- Create new low-ticket offers from scratch (concept → name → mechanism → deliverables).
- Name the offer and its unique mechanism.
- Define product deliverables for fast execution by product and design teams.
- Build offers designed to break even or better on cold traffic.
- Write full, word-for-word VSL scripts for AI avatar, actor-read, or voiceover VSLs.
- Create ad concepts, hooks, and angles aligned with each offer.
- Write complete ad copy for Meta, YouTube, Instagram, and other paid traffic channels.
- Own the conversion narrative across the entire funnel from ad to checkout.
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to iterate based on performance data.
What We're Looking For
- Real direct-response experience crafting offers, VSLs, and ads.
- A track record of inventing new concepts, not just rewriting what exists.
- A strong understanding of cold traffic psychology, especially for low-ticket offers.
- A track record of writing copy that’s simple, clear, emotionally sharp, and scalable.
- A preference for deep work over meetings (~90% creation).
Nice to Have
- Experience scaling low-ticket offers.
- Experience building faceless funnels.
- Experience in info, education, or subscription businesses in the biz opp space.

You will collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing, who owns analytics and performance tracking, within a high-performance team culture.

- Compensation Options:
- Option A: $6K–$10K/month base salary + performance-based bonuses.
- Option B: Base salary + meaningful upside (bonuses per winning offer, quarterly profit share, ownership equity).
