What You’ll Do
- Write and refine copy across email, SMS, push notifications, social media, digital ads, landing pages, and in-app content—ensuring clarity, consistency, and impact.
- Lead creative development for key campaigns, from concept through launch, bringing narrative depth and strategic precision.
- Work hand-in-hand with the Brand Marketing Director to build messaging frameworks and guide long-term brand evolution.
- Balance distinct brand personalities while maintaining internal coherence across each platform’s voice.
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and product teams to create experiences that connect and convert.
- Turn business objectives into clear, customer-first language that drives action and builds trust.
- Use performance data and feedback to refine messaging, offering insights on what’s effective and why.
What We’re Looking For
- 6–8+ years of copywriting experience, with proven leadership on brand campaigns in agency, in-house, or hybrid settings.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating strategic writing across digital formats—email, ads, social, landing pages, and video scripts.
- Experience managing multiple brand voices within a portfolio of brands.
- Ability to move seamlessly between rapid execution and high-concept creative development.
- Exceptional editing skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
- Self-direction and comfort working remotely in a fast-moving, autonomous environment.
- Passion for outdoor adventure, travel, or lifestyle brands is a significant advantage.
