- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather and validate financial data
- Assist in audits and external reporting requirements
- Maintain documentation for accounting processes and transactions
- Monitor key financial metrics and reporting timelines
- Participate in process improvement initiatives within accounting operations
- Utilize financial systems to record and track transactions
- Adhere to corporate policies and regulatory guidelines
- Escalate complex issues to senior staff or management
- Support internal control assessments and SOX compliance activities
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure data consistency
- Respond to financial inquiries from stakeholders
- Track and report on key performance indicators for accounting functions
- Assist in the implementation of new accounting tools or systems
- Ensure data integrity across financial platforms
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information
- Participate in cross-training and knowledge sharing within the team
