CVS Health is looking for a Senior Coordinator, Accounting to join our dynamic Medicare Risk Adjustment Team. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on ensuring accurate member eligibility verification and compliance with CMS requirements.
What You'll Do
- Conduct member eligibility verifications via portal lookups and outreach calls.
- Collect and enter coordination of benefits (COB) data for CMS submissions.
- Maintain and update assigned financial reports.
- Assist with ESRD tracking and submission processes.
- Reconcile payments and report on ESRD special status.
- Ensure compliance with CMS deadlines and reporting requirements.
- Work independently while following established schedules and procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial reporting, data management, or analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data filtering.
- High School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience required.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Medicare programs, ESRD, and MSP (Medicare Secondary Payor).
- Familiarity with CMS systems such as MARX.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Effective problem-solving and analytical skills.
