Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts from the Security Incident and Event Management system to identify potential threats and recommend actions for containment and removal.
- Act as part of the Security Operations Center team by evaluating alert severity, assessing impacts, and contributing to incident investigations and resolution strategies.
- Ensure proper management and maintenance of IT systems, software, and communication devices used in industrial control environments.
- Deliver technical expertise and support within control systems infrastructure.
- Address operational support issues efficiently and in line with service expectations.
- Follow established compliance procedures when performing ongoing support and maintenance tasks.
- Create and keep up to date essential documentation related to systems and processes.
- Work closely with global support teams to ensure coordinated and effective service delivery.
